Paris, Versailles, Carcassonne, Avignon, Nice...I could have roamed these streets for months, maybe years. That's the downside of booking a tour with an itinerary--being herded from one place to the next. The upside of having reservations and seeing things I wouldn't have normally came with a high appreciation factor.
