Tunisia

Located on the Mediterranean across from Italy, Tunisia was a place whereI had no business being. But an invitation from a coworker to stay with them during the summer holiday was all I needed to get acquainted with this mystical land.
I got to see a traditional, conservative side of it, as well as a more modern, liberal side. Eating delicious home cooked meals, navigating by the stars, exploring the Medina of Tunis and even attending a wedding were some of the memorable times that I'll cherish from this trip.
I still have some dinars stashed somewhere because I vowed to go back someday..
