Capture the magic of the season with a personalized holiday photo session! Whether youโre flying solo, cozying up as a couple, or gathering the whole family, these mini sessions are the perfect way to create timeless memories โ from classic portraits to playful, dressed-up moments. ๐ Location: Your choice! Weโll shoot at your preferred spot for that personal touch. (A $15 travel fee may apply for locations more than 20 miles from Alameda.) ๐ Session Type: Mini โ perfect for quick, beautiful holiday captures ๐ Style Options: Traditional portraits or styled, festive themes ๐ผ๏ธ Print assistance available as an optional add-on for easy gifting and keepsakes Please choose outfits & be ready at the time of your scheduled booking. We can work together on a backdrop in your home, nearby park, etc. 5-7 images will be retouched & digitally delivered to you within 3 business days!
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Deposit Deposits are not required for all services, but will be communicated upon booking if it does apply. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule your session without penalty. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 3. Travel & Location Sessions include up to 30 minutes of travel time from Mindiana Jones Creativesโ base location. Additional travel beyond this may incur fees, which will be communicated upfront and added to the final invoice. 4. Deliverables Clients will receive service items as specified in their package. Additional edits or images can be purchased separately. 5. Usage Rights Mindiana Jones Creatives grants clients non-exclusive rights to use delivered images for personal, professional, and marketing purposes. Mindiana Jones Creatives retains the right to use images for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6. Turnaround Time Edited images will be delivered within the specified time of their service. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients should arrive prepared and on time for sessions. Significant delays may result in proportionally billed time on the invoice. Any special requests or needs should be communicated at booking prior to the commencement of services. 8. Liability Mindiana Jones Creatives is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, etc.) but will work with clients to reschedule or find solutions.
